Role Descriptions:

The role involves designing| implementing| and documenting reusable Agentic AI and GenAI services.

Candidates will build LLM-based workflow orchestration and develop natural-language capabilities.

They will also implement secured retrieval services and develop recommendations for approved use cases. Additionally| the role includes building reusable connectors and API integrations for various engineering systems. Participation in agile activities such as sprint planning and defect resolution is expected.

Essential Skills:

Experience in automotive verification and validation is a plus.

Familiarity with Jira integration and defect management will be beneficial.

Knowledge of vector retrieval and decision intelligence is also advantageous.

Candidates with experience in BDD and Gherkin will stand out.

Understanding of reporting and dashboard integration for model performance is a good addition.

Candidates must have hands-on experience in building ML-enabled| Agentic AI| or GenAI software using Python and API-driven service patterns.

Strong experience in implementing LLM-based workflows and secure context assembly is essential.

They should also have experience in developing tool-calling agents and multi-step workflows.

Knowledge of secure software development practices and experience with CI/CD pipelines are critical.

Strong analytical and collaborative skills in an agile environment are also required.
