- Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Compensation & Benefits (C&B) with strong global exposure and prior experience working within a GCC model. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in global compensation and benefits processes, advanced data analytics and Excel proficiency, and the ability to partner with global stakeholders. This role requires flexibility to work night shifts to align with global time zones.

- Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage global Compensation & Benefits programs across multiple regions.
- Own end to end annual compensation cycles including merit, bonus, promotions, and cost planning.
- Design, evaluate, and benchmark salary structures, incentive plans, and benefits frameworks globally.
- Perform advanced data analysis, modeling, dashboards, and reporting using Excel and HR data.
- Drive standardization and governance of global C&B processes within a GCC operating model.
- Ensure compliance with local statutory regulations, labor laws, and tax frameworks across countries.
- Partner closely with HRBPs, Finance, Legal, and global business leaders.
- Support workforce planning, organizational redesign, M&A integration, and transformation initiatives.
- Manage relationships with compensation survey providers and benefits vendors.
- Identify opportunities for process automation and continuous improvement within compensation operations.
- Prepare executive level presentations, insights, and compensation recommendations.
- Lead and mentor C&B analysts or regional teams as applicable.

- Must Have Skill Sets
- Experience & Domain Expertise
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, with strong global exposure
- Prior experience working in a GCC (Global Capability Center) model is mandatory
- Proven experience handling multi country compensation and benefits programs
- Strong expertise in annual compensation cycles, benchmarking, job evaluation, and pay structures
- Data & Analytical Skills
- Advanced Excel expertise (complex formulas, pivots, macros/VBA, dashboards, data modeling)
- Strong ability to work with large datasets, derive insights, and present data-driven recommendations
- Experience in compensation analytics, cost simulations, and pay equity analysis
- Tools & Systems
- Hands on experience with HRIS/HCM systems (Workday, iCIMS, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, etc.)
- Experience using compensation survey tools (Mercer, Aon, WTW, Radford, etc.)
- Work & Shift Requirements
- Must be flexible to work night shifts to support global stakeholders
- Comfortable working in a fast paced, matrixed global environment
- Stakeholder & Leadership Skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience presenting to senior leadership and global teams
- Ability to lead, guide, and mentor team members

- Education & Certifications
- MBA / Master’s degree in HR, Finance, or related field
- Knowledge of global benefits administration (insurance, retirement, wellness programs)
- Experience with pay equity audits, compliance reporting, and governance forums
- Exposure to data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) is a plus
