About the role
Experience: 4–8 years
We're looking for an experienced E-Learning Developer with strong functional knowledge of Adobe Captivate to build, convert, and maintain web-based learning content for our HRO Learning & Development services.
What You'll Do
Develop, update, and convert web-based training (WBT) courses using Adobe Captivate
Publish course packages in SCORM, xAPI/Tin Can, or web formats
Test courses before and after LMS/LCMS deployment and document results
Troubleshoot and fix course issues (packaging, launch, navigation, playback)
Work with HTML and supporting files to resolve technical issues
Coordinate with project and learning stakeholders and share clear status updates
Track progress, defects, and rework to maintain quality standards
Must-Have Skills
Hands-on experience with Adobe Captivate (including Captivate Classic)
Working knowledge of the e-learning development life cycle
SCORM, xAPI/Tin Can, and course publishing knowledge
Basic HTML for course-level troubleshooting
Strong QA, documentation, and troubleshooting skills
Good to Have
Experience in bulk WBT conversion or course migration projects
LMS/LCMS deployment experience
Exposure to HR Outsourcing (HRO) / L&D services environment
Qualification: Bachelor's degree in instructional design, learning technology, computer applications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail, ability to manage multiple deadlines, and clear written and spoken English.
