• Developer COBOL/CICS/JCL/VSAM/DB2. Having Mainframe Development| Maintenance Experience Agile Development.
• Having Mainframe Dev-ops experience Good Overview of IPC Processes
• Must have Mainframe Development and Maintenance experience. Should have worked on MF Dev-ops Tools and able to use AI tools in day-to-day work.
• Self-driven, who can interact with other internal teams and should be responsible for taking lead on team challenges.
• Must have a strong technical understanding on SDLC/Agile method for Mainframe.
• Associate should be flexible in adapting/learning client specific tools.
• Associate should take end to end ownership of the delivery.
