About the role
Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
- 5+ years of experience in MDM, data development, or enterprise systems.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Syndigo platforms.
- Strong expertise in Customer, Product, and User Master Data domains.
- Experience supporting global, multi-region implementations.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Design and own end-to-end Syndigo MDM development covering Product, Customer, and User/Customer Hierarchy domains.
- Define multi-domain data models, golden records, and governance workflows.
- Manage User Access Master Data including roles, permissions, and RBAC/ABAC models.
- Integrate Syndigo with ERP (SAP), CRM (Salesforce), IAM platforms, and digital channels.
- Ensure data quality, security, compliance, and audit readiness.
- Act as architectural authority and mentor delivery teams.
User Access & Security Master Data
- Define user profiles, roles, entitlements, and permissions.
- Integrate Syndigo access controls with enterprise IAM solutions such as Azure AD, Okta, and SSO.
- Enforce Segregation of Duties and audit-ready access controls.
- Provide near realtime master data of end users for the 35 Digital Customer Facing Downstream applications to consume
Generic Managerial Skills, If any
Experience working with offshore (India) team
Experience in Manufacturing industry (nice to have)
Experience with SAP-centric manufacturing landscapes (ECC, S/4HANA).
