About the role
Qualifications
Must Have Skills/Project Experience/Certifications:
- Hands-on experience with Oracle EBS R12 security administration.
- Understanding of role-based access, least privilege, and segregation of duties.
- Design, configure, and maintain Oracle EBS responsibilities, menus, request groups, and user access.
- Perform user provisioning, modification, termination, and periodic access reviews.
- Evaluate segregation-of-duties conflicts and coordinate remediation with process owners.
- Support IT general controls, application controls, and compliance testing.
- Monitor privileged access, emergency access, and sensitive responsibilities.
- Investigate security incidents, access exceptions, and control deficiencies.
- Experience supporting ITGC, SOX, compliance, or audit activities.
- Coordinate Oracle EBS security changes through appropriate governance and testing processes.
- Strong analytical, documentation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Good to Have Skills/Project Experience/Certifications:
- Experience in Oracle GRC or Oracle Risk Management Cloud (RMC) design, implementation or assessment experience including Advanced Access Controls (AAC), Advanced Financial Controls (AFC) and Financial Reporting Compliance (FRC)
- Experience in Oracle Cloud ERP/HCM modules
- Previous Consulting or Big 4 experience preferred
- Security Certifications such as: CISSP, CISM, CISA is a plus
- Automation using Python, C#, or VBA
- Troubleshooting and analytical skills using PL-SQL queries
