About the role
Key Responsibilities:
Provision and configure SAP DMS services on SAP BTP.
Manage user access, roles, authorizations, and security policies.
Monitor document repository growth and analyze storage/data volume trends.
Perform SAP Data Volume Management and support document retention and archiving.
Integrate SAP DMS with SAP S/4HANA and third-party applications.
Monitor service health, performance, and availability.
Troubleshoot document access, repository, and integration issues.
Support disaster recovery planning and related activities.
Ensure compliance with GDPR, audit, retention, and archiving policies.
Support compliance audits and maintain technical documentation.
Work with application and infrastructure teams for integration and issue resolution.
