About the role
We are seeking a Delivery cum Product Manager who can drive the end-to-end lifecycle of our product, from ideation to execution. This role requires a unique blend of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and strong leadership skills to ensure successful delivery while continuously enhancing the product.
What you'll do
- Product Development & Execution: Lead the Product Development Lifecycle (PDLC) and Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) from concept to launch. • Innovation & Ideation: Collaborate with stakeholders to conceptualize innovative solutions and convert ideas into viable product use cases. • Technical Leadership: Work closely with engineering teams to define technical requirements, architecture, and roadmaps. • Delivery Management: Own the delivery process, ensuring milestones are met within timelines and quality benchmarks. • Requirement Analysis: Gather and analyze business and user requirements to shape product features and enhancements. • Testing & Validation: Oversee test case preparation, user acceptance testing (UAT), and validation processes. • Pre-Sales & Marketing Collaboration: Work alongside sales and marketing teams to craft go-to-market strategies and product positioning. • Stakeholder Communication: Act as the bridge between technical teams, business stakeholders, and customers, ensuring clear and effective communication. • Product Model Development: Define business models, monetization strategies, and scalability plans for the product.
What we're looking for
Technical Skills & Expertise • Strong understanding of programming concepts and coding, SDLC, and PDLC. • Experience with Cloud computing, AI, and automation technologies. • Hands-on knowledge of requirement analysis, case preparation, and testing. • Exposure to pre-sales, marketing strategies, and product positioning. • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
